• NEW 1st-12th grade registration opens on May 30, 2025.

Please note that registration cannot be completed without all the required documentation:

• Student’s birth certificate

• A government issued photo ID of the parent/guardian enrolling the student

• Student’s social security card

• Student’s immunization records

• Proof of residency (Current electric, gas, or water bill that shows the physical address or

  lease contract)

Pre-Kindergarten Information: La Vernia ISD offers a full day Pre-Kindergarten program at La Vernia Primary. Pre-Kindergarten children must qualify as well as be 4 yrs old on or before September 1st of the school year. 

To enroll in the Pre Kindergarten program, you can qualify by meeting one of the following criteria:

• Household income (Submit the last 30 days of income for everyone in the household)

• SNAP/TANF STUDENT

• Parent/Guardian is Active Military or Disabled Vet

• Foster/CPS child (Present or Past)

• Non-English speaking background or home language is something other than English
