Dr. Trent Lovette

Superintendent’s Message

Welcome to La Vernia Independent School District – home of the La Vernia Bears! We are proud to have a rich tradition of academic achievement and athletic excellence.

It is my great honor and privilege to serve the students, staff, and community as your superintendent. My transition into office has been enjoyable and I appreciate the warm welcome as we establish excitement and pride in LVISD.

I would like to encourage our community to continue to show your Bear Pride on campuses and events. As you travel through your daily routine, visit new places, and find yourself among friends and family, snap a photo showing your “bear claw with pride.” Share these photos with LVISD on social media. YOU are what makes our district great and we want to share this with our community. Thank you for your continued support and confidence. We will strive to not only meet, but also exceed your expectations.

Sincerely,

Trent Lovette ED.D
Superintendent, La Vernia ISD
